Circumventing the copy protection so that I can actually watch the thing is probably illegal though. There is one way to play the thing - rip to hard drive and spend 15 hours converting to an SBS file to play in Bino (thank the Lord for free software). Apparently, if I was allowed to watch this via my VGA output I would be tempted to copy the VGA signal. These days you have to spend £70 on software (because the old version is out of date and unsupported) and even then, it won't work with a 3D ready projector because of copy protection. It seems that things have progressed a lot since the days of DVD where you could actually get a drive and some OEM software without taking out a 2nd mortgage. I even have PowerDVD 9BD that came with the drive.

So, I have a computer that is plenty fast enough, a good graphics card, a BD-ROM drive and a 3D projector and some expensive glasses.
