The Carey Gabay Scholarship Program will annually award full cost-of-attendance scholarships to attend State University of New York State-operated campus to five students who – like Carey – achieved academic excellence despite an economically disadvantaged background.The Office of Student Financial Aid Clark Atlanta University 223 James P.
